Reception Rooms
Villa Lydia has a large lounge area with sofa,
armchairs, fire place, two balconies with superb sea views, TV
with/satellite, DVD Radio/CD, table and chairs etc. |

From the large, sunny lounge lead stairways up to the second floor
bedrooms and family bathroom, and down to the guest suite. For
convenience there is also a cloakroom, with wc and washbasin, just off
the lounge. |

The majority of meals are taken on the patio,
conveniently close to the indoor dining area and the kitchen. The
patio provides welcome shade for those who want to lunch near the pool. |

The guest suite also has a very large reception room
with a double sofa bed, TV and DVD player. There are also two pull
out single beds available for use either in this room, or in the guest
suite bedroom. |

Kitchens
Villa Lydia has a quality kitchen with island and
granite work tops, cooker, hob, extractor, large fridge freezer,
dishwasher, microwave, (washing machine in family bathroom) toaster,
kettle, ample cooking utensils. There is a large central island
with stools around it providing an ideal location for breakfast. |

There are french doors directly out onto the smaller
patio which is home to the built in barbeque, as seen in the picture
below. |

The guest suite has its own quality kitchen, with
well stocked cupboards, a large fridge freezer, oven and hob and a
second dishwasher - something everyone should have on holiday! |

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Villa Lydia has four comfortably sized double
bedrooms, three in the main house plus one in the guest suite along with
a sofa bed. |
The Master Bedroom

The large master bedroom, which enjoys an en-suite bathroom, with shower
and wc/bidet. The room has a king size bed, walk in wardrobes, a
dressing table with mirror and a

The second bedroom has a queen-sized double bed, lots
of hanging space, a dressing table with standing mirror, and a large pan-tiled balcony with great views over the Med. Occupants of the
room can use the family bathroom. |
Family Bathroom

The family bathroom includes a walk in shower, hand
basin and wc/bidet. |
Bedroom Three

The third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and
drawers, and a dressing table with standing mirror. the room also
enjoys the use of a french balcony with views over the Med..
This room has shared use of the family bathroom. |
Bedroom Four

The fourth bedroom is in the guest suite. The
room has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. The room has easy access to
the guest suite bathroom, with shower and wc. |
